Holiday Inn Express Galleria

Wouldnt stay again and wouldnt recomend.

Hotel management was discourteous. Rooms were never cleaned - only beds were made.

I don't think they should be allowed to advertise with the Holiday Inn Logo. My bed springs were broken. My refrigerator was lukewarm at best. All the gym facilities were broken but they allowed access to them. The screens on the treadmills didn't turn on but the belt worked so you couldn't tell how fast you were going. I think this could prove dangerous. The pool was closed despite the eighty degree weather. The shuttle driver didn't show up for work at 7 am as was told by the desk clerk (he showed up at around 8:30) which meant I had to walk through heavy traffic because I was late for a class (started at 8). Overall I was very disappointed. The room had cracks in the bathroom ceiling. The shower curtain was dirty. The fitness room had one treadmill that did not work at all and the other one did not work properly. The hotel staff was not helpful or friendly. The continental breakfast was not edible. I did tell the staff the first day about both problems, only the toilet seat was repaired. Would not stay there again. Also very poor breakfast selections.

I would recommend for the budget minded. Bed comfortable, but holes in sheets. Bathroom clean, good towels and amenities. Clean lobby. Great location.

was only there for three days and the staff was helpful the whole time. The breakfast was very good wish they had waffles but the bacon eggs and grits did me justice as well.

The first room I had was obviously not completely ready for new occupants. There were tea wrappers on the floor and the bed sheets and pillows looked like someone had laid on them after they were made up. I requested a new room and it was provided immediately. However, the new room had a broken air conditioner. After a night of loud tapping noises, I called the front desk and they had the air conditioner replaced. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. We will stay here again. The staff was great. It was just a great experience and I recommend anybody to stay here!

The continental breakfast was one of the best that I have ever had.
